At Little Co we take great pride in the brands and products we source. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, or you receive your order faulty or damaged please contact us immediately.
We will gladly offer an exchange or credit for change of mind purchases, and offer the best possible solution for any faulty or damaged orders received.
All products to be sent back for an exchange / credit must be received in their original packaging with all tags attached. All external protective packaging must be to the same level in which was sent to you to ensure the item/s are secure in transit with the courier. If the package is damaged due to inadequate packaging we may be unable to accept this for an exchange or credit.
If your order is to be returned due to a fault or damage please email Little Co photos prior to sending this back.
Please note, the cancellation of a Preorder or Layby is considered a change of mind, and only an exchange or credit will be offered.
Please ensure you contact us within 7 days regarding any return or cancellation. Notice received after this time will be managed at the sole discretion of Little Co and is not automatically eligible to the above policies.
Sale items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange, so please choose carefully. With exception to faulty items.
Please be aware, if you leave a comment allowing the courier to leave the parcel on your property in the event no one is home, you do so at your own risk. Little Co are unable to replace or credit your parcel in the event this goes missing.
We are unable to replace or refund items damaged through improper laundering, so please follow all washing instructions carefully.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable on returns/exchanges. Little Co is a website only store – no option to return stock to a physical store.
