What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via Paypal, of which either your Paypal account or credit card can be used. You do not need a Paypal account to process a credit card transaction.
You can also make payment via Bank Transfer (NZ Only) and Layby.
What currency are your prices?
All prices on our website are established in NZD however you can use the Currency Converter to exchange to a more local currency to you. Please note Little Co is not responsible for setting the exchange rates listed, this is an automatic feature of Shopify. Please notify us immediately if you feel the currency prices listed are not reflective of the current exchange rates.
What are your lay-by terms?
We have an 8 week lay-by term on goods purchased over $80. Read more here.
I'd like to buy a gift, do you gift wrap? Can you send directly for me?
Of course. Just leave us a note in the comments section that you'd like to have this gift wrapped, and add your friends address to the shipping field. We also have gift cards available to purchase and are more than happy to fill out the note for you.
I've received my order, and I don't love my purchase. Can I exchange it?
Absolutely, we're happy to exchange or credit you if you're not entirely happy with your order. Please contact us within 7 days to arrange a return and exchange/credit.
A product is out of stock, when will it be available to order again?
A number of our brands come from overseas and have different schedules. Please contact us for a specific item or brand.
Can I preorder an out of stock item?
Once we have shipping schedules from our brands we more than often open preorders for these pieces. If the item is still showing as out of stock that means we don't have the schedule as yet. Please contact us if you'd like to know more on a specific item / brand.
I've preordered an item but have changed my mind, can I be refunded?
If you've changed your mind we're more than happy to offer you a credit or exchange.
Do you take a deposit for preorders, or do they need to be paid in full?
All preorders are required to be paid in full in order to secure your purchase. Preorders are not available for Layby.
Do you guarantee the delivery time frame of a preorder?
Unfortunately the timeframe is out of our control but we work closely with our suppliers to give you a realistic estimate. If there are ever any delays we will contact you immediately to let you know.
Your website says normal delivery can take up to 10 days (in NZ). I need it to arrive sooner, can this be arranged?
Most items will be delivered well within our 10 day period, however if it's something specific please contact us beforehand just to check.
I've received my shipping confirmation but my order still hasn't arrived.
Once your order has shipped from us, you should receive an email with all of the tracking information. If you're unable to track your item, or are not receiving up to date information please feel free to contact us or the courier company directly to follow up.
Can my parcel be left in my letterbox / at my front door?
Please be aware, if you leave a comment allowing the courier to leave the parcel on your property in the event no one is home, you do so at your own risk. Little Co are unable to replace or credit your parcel in the event this goes missing.
