Designer and artist Elise Stalder’s studio and home is located at the Hvesser farm in Southeastern Norway. It is a pleasant and inspiring place to live, something which you are sure to see reflected in Elise’s art.
Her love for nature and animals is strongly present in her work. The illustrations are charming with feelings, personality and character. She mainly works with watercolours in a distinctive style, with natural and soft use of lines and colours inspired by the beautiful Scandinavian nature.
Elise holds a B.A. in Media Design from Gjøvik University College (2010) and she is also educated as an Illustrator from the NKF, Oslo (2013). She established her company in February 2012 and started to work as a freelance Graphic Designer and Illustrator. In 2013 Elise took her first step towards her dream and launched her own line of watercolour illustrations. Today Elise's limited edition art prints, greeting cards and pillow covers can be found in more than 70 interior and design shops around the world.
